TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHAT LOORE IS

Loore is a web application that helps advertisers create, review, publish and monitor ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It generates scripts, images and reports using artificial intelligence, reads data from ad accounts you connect, and can create or change objects in those ad accounts when you ask it to.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us immediately at support@loore.io if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. CONNECTED AD ACCOUNTS

When you connect a Meta ad account, you grant Loore permission to read its data and, when you confirm an action in the app, to create or modify campaigns, ad sets, ads and related objects on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to grant that access for every account you connect.

Loore never publishes, pauses, edits or spends on your behalf without an action you take in the app. Ads created by Loore start paused unless you turn them on yourself in Meta Ads Manager. You remain fully responsible for your ad accounts, your spend, and your compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards and Terms.

We are not affiliated with Meta. Meta may change or restrict its APIs at any time, which may affect what Loore can do.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Loore produces text, images and video suggestions using AI models. This content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, and for making sure it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You must not use Loore to create content that is deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or that violates Meta's policies.

5. YOUR CONTENT AND DATA

You keep ownership of everything you upload to Loore and everything Loore generates for you (to the extent AI output can be owned under applicable law). You give us a licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you.

Data read from your ad accounts is used to power features in your account (analytics, generation, recommendations). We do not sell it or share it with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. COMPETITOR AD RESEARCH

Loore's discovery features surface publicly available ads from Meta's Ad Library for research and inspiration. You must not copy other advertisers' creative in a way that infringes their copyright or trademark rights.

7. FEES AND BILLING

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider. Prices are shown in the app and may change with 30 days' notice. Usage-based features (for example AI generation credits) are described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we may suspend your account until it is settled.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not: attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer or scrape the service; use it to send spam or run unlawful advertising; overload or interfere with our systems; or resell access without our written agreement.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Loore is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, add or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it by law. Disconnecting your ad accounts revokes Loore's access to Meta immediately.

11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loore is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for advertising spend, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including actions taken in your ad accounts through Loore. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. INDEMNITY

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish, your use of connected ad accounts, or your breach of these Terms or Meta's policies.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
