- How do you calculate CPM, CPC, and CTR?
- CPM = (spend ÷ impressions) × 1000. CPC = spend ÷ clicks. CTR = (clicks ÷ impressions) × 100. They tell you what it costs to reach, get clicks from, and engage your audience.
- How do you calculate CPA and ROAS?
- CPA (cost per acquisition) = spend ÷ conversions. ROAS (return on ad spend) = revenue ÷ spend. A 4x ROAS means you earned $4 for every $1 spent on ads.
- What is a good CTR on Facebook ads?
- A typical Facebook feed CTR is around 1%. Above 1.5–2% is strong and usually signals a scroll-stopping creative; below 0.8% often points to creative or targeting fatigue.
- What is a good ROAS?
- A good ROAS is comfortably above your break-even point, which depends on your margins. High-margin products can profit at 2x; lower-margin products may need 4x or more.
